This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which Broad Leads LLC ("Broad Leads," "we," "us," or "our") offers refunds for the lead-generation and CRM services (the "Services") you purchase. Because eligibility differs by package, please read this Policy carefully and review the specific terms presented at the time of your purchase. This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions.
The Foundation plan is a low-cost entry package intended to let agents test verified lead flow. The Foundation plan is non-refundable. Once purchased, fees paid for the Foundation plan are not eligible for any refund, in whole or in part, regardless of lead outcomes. By purchasing the Foundation plan you acknowledge and accept this no-refund condition.
Selected packages may include a 90-day money-back guarantee. Where a package expressly offers this guarantee, you may be eligible to request a refund within 90 days of the package start date, subject to the conditions described in Section 3 and the specific terms of that package. The availability, scope, and amount of any guarantee are determined by the package you select, and not every package includes a guarantee.

Where a package includes referral fees, those referral fees are separate from upfront service fees and are governed by their own terms. This Refund Policy applies to upfront service fees only. Referral fees become payable in connection with qualifying closed transactions and are not part of, and are not affected by, any refund of service fees.

Once a refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days, though the time it takes for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. The Policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
