  • Phone number — used for account verification, lead notifications, live call transfers, and SMS communications.
  • Location and ZIP code — the geographic markets, cities, counties, and ZIP codes you target or reside in.
  • Service preferences — lead types (buyer or seller), package selections, territory choices, and notification settings.
  • Website usage data — pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, device and browser type, IP address, and approximate location.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — identifiers stored on your device that support functionality, analytics, and marketing.
  • CRM data — lead records, contact details, appointment information, notes, pipeline stages, and communication history you store or generate inside our CRM.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, Broad Leads may send you SMS text messages related to your account, including lead alerts, appointment reminders, verification messages, and service updates. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the volume of leads delivered to your territory.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. How We Share Your Information

  • Service providers and processors — vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, payment processing, customer support, and SMS/voice delivery (for example, telecommunications providers that power messaging and call transfers).
  • Agents and clients — verified leads are delivered to the agent or brokerage account that has secured the relevant territory, consistent with the Services purchased.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Broad Leads, our users, or others.
